MSU Partners with Xuzhou Medical University of the People’s Republic of China to Collaborate on Academic Endeavors, Research, and Exchanges

On May 28, 2024, Mahasarakham University held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Xuzhou Medical University, People’s Republic of China. Assoc. Prof. Prayook Srivilai, President of Mahasarakham University, signed the agreement with Mr. Sun Zhiming, Vice President of Xuzhou Medical University.

The ceremony was witnessed by Assoc. Prof. Sumattana Glangkarn, Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, along with the Deans of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Nursing, and the Graduate School, at Conference Room 1, 4th Floor, Boromrajakumari Building, Mahasarakham University.

The MOU outlines the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties to collaborate on promoting academic and research cooperation, as well as the exchange of personnel, students, and information. The objectives are to enhance mutual understanding, expand the framework of cooperation, and strengthen the friendship between the two institutions.

The areas of collaboration include undergraduate and graduate student exchanges, academic and support staff exchanges, joint research activities and publications, participation in academic conferences, and the exchange of research materials and other activities of mutual interest.
