Details
  • Mixed dorm (Male/Female)
  • Room size 24 m2- Ensuite shower rooms
  • 2 people per room
  • Room rate 7,500 baht/person/semester
  • Tenancy Deposit 1,000 Baht/person (academic term)
  • Water bill: 100 baht/person/monthly (lump sum rate)
  • Electricity bill: 5 baht per unit

hall, table, chair, water vending machine, coin-operated washing machine, power plug, bathroom

Security and cleanliness

Security guard 24 hours a day, key card system, housekeeper, CCTV both indoors and outdoors.
