Four MSU Researchers Ranked Among the World’s Top 2% of Scientists by Stanford University 2023

Stanford University, USA, has ranked four researchers from Mahasarakham University among the top 2% in the world. These rankings consider the composite score of publications and citations in different dimensions globally as of October 2023.

From the Faculty of Science, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Woranan Nakbanpote, who specializes in the field of Mining & Metallurgy, Earth & Environmental Sciences, has been ranked among the top 230 Thai researchers and 204,643 worldwide based on her career-long citation impact as of October 2023.

Also from the Faculty of Science, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sukonthip Savatenalinton, Department of Biology, is in the top 2% based on her single-year citation impact during 2022 and is currently ranked among the top 341 Thai researchers and 210,198 worldwide researchers.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adisak Pattiya, Faculty of Engineering, specializes in Energy Biotechnology Enabling & Strategic Technologies and has been ranked in the top 2% based on his career-long citation impact.

Lastly, based on his single-year citation impact during 2022, Dr. Timothy Cushnie, Faculty of Medicine, has been ranked among the top 2% for his contributions to the field of Microbiology Medicinal & Biomolecular Chemistry Biomedical Research.
