MSU Ranks 14^th Among Thai Universities and 1071^st Globally in the Round University Ranking (RUR) 2024

Mahasarakham University (MSU) has once again achieved success in the Round University Ranking (RUR) 2024, ranking 14^th in Thailand and 1071^st around the world, an improvement of 118 places from the previous year.

The RUR ranking focuses on evaluating universities based on teaching, research, international diversity, and financial sustainability. MSU’s rankings in these areas are as follows:

• Teaching: 13^th among Thai universities, 1053^rd in the world
• Research: 14^th among Thai universities, 1018^th in the world
• International diversity: 14^th among Thai universities, 1006^th in the world
• Financial sustainability: 14^th among Thai universities, 1034^th in the world

Assoc.Prof. Prayook Srivilai, Acting President of Mahasarakham University, said that he is proud of the ranking results, which are a result of the dedication of the university’s staff, students, and departments in their efforts to develop the university into a quality educational institution in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
