MSU NEW GEN 2025 Orientation Program for New Staff

From January 26–28, 2025, MSU organized the MSU NEW GEN 2025 orientation program at The Blue Sky Resort, Khao Kho, Phetchabun Province, to introduce 62 new employees (14 academic staff and 48 support staff) to the university’s vision, policies, and development strategies. The program also provided insights into HR management, employee benefits, and welfare policies, while fostering teamwork and organizational unity.

Key highlights included a special lecture on “Unity First: Uniting Forces for a Sustainable University Future” by Assoc. Prof. Prayook Srivilai, an open dialogue with MSU executives, and a keynote address on “Transforming Organizations through Solidarity” by Professor Emeritus Sujira Khojitmate. Employees also engaged in interactive team-building activities, emphasizing happiness, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.

The event concluded with an open discussion, allowing employees to ask questions and share suggestions on university policies and HR management. This initiative aimed to ensure that all new staff members are well-informed and aligned with MSU’s mission, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
