MSU Organizes the Farewell Party for The 9th Intensive Thai Language Program for Cambodian Students under Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Scholarship.
 
On July 10, 2019, on the 1st floor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Mahasarakham University, Assistant Professor Dr. Theerayuth Chatchanayeunyong, Vice President for Research and International Affairs presides over and present the certificate for the Cambodian students on the Farewell Party for The 9th Intensive Thai Language Program for Cambodian Students under Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Scholarship.
 
Mrs. Nataya Chomphutsa, the Director of the Division of Public Relations and International Affairs with the Office of International Affairs Officers brings 118 Cambodian students who passed the Thai language preparation program. During the period of 4 months at Mahasarakham University, the Cambodian students are taught Basic Thai Language that would be needed for them to study in Thailand under the Royal Scholarship. In this occasion, the Cambodian students also have opportunities to show their Thai language skills in their performances. 
 
Prof. Dr. Keerati Dhanachai, Head of Department of Thai and Eastern Languages, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Says, this project is for academic services in basic Thai language to undergraduate students before continue the study class in the University level. Besides, it is considered as an opportunity for the cultural and language exchange.
