MSU student wins the Innovation for Crime Combating Conference and Contest 2019 (I4C-2019)
 
Mahasarakham University congratulates Mr. Sittichok Piladang, the student of the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Informatics on winning the 2nd runner-up of the Innovation for Crime Combating Conference and Contest 2019 (I4C-2019) with the study of “Online fingerprint identification system with a smart phone." 
 
On June 10, 2019, at the meeting room of the Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Bangkok, Mr. Montol Kaewkaw, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation, presides over the opening ceremony of the seminar and Innovation for Crime Combating Conference and Contest 2019 (I4C-2019). And then, the result of Innovation for Crime Combating contest is announced that “Online fingerprint identification system with a smart phone" by Mr. Sittichok Piladang, Mahasarakham University student with the advisor, Mr. Potchara Pruksasri wins the 2nd runner-up.
 
The Innovation for Crime Combating Conference and Contest is continuously organized annually. In the 7th conference and contest for this year under the cooperation between the Department of Special Investigation and King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, there are 2 activities which are the Discussion on the topic “Platform of Special Investigation Technology,” and the Innovation for Crime Combating contest.
