MSU Researcher in collaboration with Research and Development (R&D) of BCF life sciences, France develops tilapia fish feed formulation by using free amino acids
Assist. Prof. Dr. Eakapol Wangkahart, researcher in Fisheries department, Faculty of Technology, Mahasarakham University in collaboration with Research and Development (R&D) of BCF life sciences, France develops tilapia fish feed formulation by using free amino acids. This is to accelerate the growth of tilapia, strengthen immunity and increase the nutritional value of its meat. The fish fed free amino acid supplementation; it yields faster than conventional feeding. Besides, the nutritional value of fish meat is higher compared to fish that is not fortified with free amino acids.
