MSU Hosts The 13th Thailand Humanities Research Forum, "New Regionalism and Localism in the Borderless World"
 
Mahasarakham University by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in cooperation with Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) organize the 13th Thailand Humanities Research Forum entitled, "New Regionalism and Localism in the Borderless World" at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University during September 6-7, 2019.
 
On September 6, 2019, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prayook Srivilai, the Acting President of Mahasarakham University presides over the opening ceremony with the presence of the representatives from Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) and honored quests. The 13th Thailand Humanities Research Forum is launched with the purpose to provide an opportunities to academicians and researchers to discuss and share knowledge about the Borderless World (a concept of globalization where the goods, services, technology, information, capital flow through the borders from one nation to other), which is a new challenge topic for the Humanities and Social Sciences research studies.
 
Occasionally, it is the great opportunity for the participants to get the special Lecture on the topic, “New Regionalism and Localism in the Borderless World” by Prof. Dr. HAYAMI, Yoko Director of Center for Southeast Asian Studies, Kyoto University, Japan,  and also other special activities such as a talk by the experts in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences, a Modern Isan play by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts.
