MSU Organizes English Communication skills for support personnel training (E4S 2023)

On April 7th 2023 at 9.00 AM, Division of Public Relations and Office of International Affairs, Mahasarakham University organized English communication skills for support personnel training (English for Staff) (E4S 2023) on the topic “Speak English with confidence” at Smart Classroom (RN 407), 4th floor, Office of General Education, Ratchanakharin Building by having Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orawich Koompol, Vice President for Planning and Development of Digital Organization gave the opening speech and also got an honor from Dr. Anyarat Nattheeraphong, Deputy Director for Nationalization and Global Engagement, the office of General Education and 6 foreign speakers to provide the training program.

Dr. Sarinthree Udchachone, Assistant to the President for International Affairs and Global Image stated that the E4S Program is sponsored by the fiscal budget from 2018 to the present which organizes the training program both onsite and online. The program focuses on developing English language conversational skills which are necessary for work and is beneficial for future self-development. This program aimed to improve support personnels’ English speaking skills and to practice speaking skills through the real situation simulation, and also to support the Mahasarakham University’s strategy in moving forward to universality.

Inside the program, there is a talk on the topic “River of Life”, and Ice-breaking activities. Furthermore, a talk on the topic of English for Tour Guides & Presentation is provided along with the English-speaking practice “Speak English with Confidence” with foreign speakers via groups of 40 staff who are interested in participating in the program.
