MSU is pleased to announce that the Mahasarakham University Administrative Board Meeting recently approved two Memorandums of Understanding between MSU and our prospective partner universities-- namely, Middle Tennessee State University and National University of Arts and Culture Yangon.

The memorandums set out the terms and conditions under which all parties have agreed to work together to promote academic and research co-operation as well as the exchange of staff, students and information. The spirit of this initiative is intended to develop a closer understanding, greater co-operation and a durable friendship between the two universities.
