UIC-MSU Attended the Thai-BISPA Day 2015
The University Industry Cooperation Center of Mahasarakham University led by the Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Keartisak Sriprateep attended the 6th Annual Meeting of the Thai-BISPA Day 2015 on March 9, 2015 at Swissotel Le Concorde, Bangkok.
In the event, UIC-MSU presented the MSU-BBS (Beauty By Silk) Products during the exhibition that was opened for public viewing. Moreover, the Minister of Science and Technology Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pichet Durongkaveroj and Mr. Peerawong Chaturongakula, a branding and marketing specialist graced the said big event and gave some lecture on this year’s theme, “Innovative Culture and Innovation: From Creative Ideas to Better Ways of Life.
The Thai Business Incubators and Science Parks Association (Thai-BISPA) was recently founded in January 2009 by the tripartite agreement of National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) and Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP). The association is a nonprofit organization initially comprised of Business Incubators and Science Parks in Thailand. It also welcomes and serves members from other related fields like corporate joint venture partners, venture capital investors, economic development professionals and business sector from Thailand and from around the world. The association act as a focal center of networking and plays a strong role in building capacity and strengthening the development of business incubators and Science parks in Thailand. Currently, there are over 70 Business Incubators, one Science Park and one Software Park in Thailand with two Regional Science Parks established in 2013.
